The Role

Nift is building a performance marketplace that helps brands acquire new customers through thoughtful “thank-you” gifts delivered to millions of consumers each month. Our marketplace connects leading consumer platforms with brands looking to reach high-intent audiences in moments where customers are already engaged.

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us scale how Nift shows up in the market and turn marketing into a stronger driver of revenue, pipeline, and partner growth.

This role sits at the center of marketing, sales, partnerships, and content. You will help turn strategy into execution across events, thought leadership, sales enablement, partner marketing, PR, and revenue-driving campaigns. You will work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to create structure, move work forward. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to build inside a fast-growing tech company, work close to revenue, and help shape a category.

What You Will Do
  • Drive execution across high-impact GTM initiatives, including content, events, partner marketing, PR, sales enablement, and revenue-driving campaigns
  • Help turn marketing into a stronger growth engine by connecting programs to pipeline, meetings, partner expansion, and revenue outcomes
  • Support event strategy and execution, including target account planning, outreach coordination, briefing materials, run-of-show documents, seller follow-up, and post-event tracking
  • Partner with Sales and Partnerships to improve outreach, follow-up, account targeting, and in-market activation
  • Support the development of sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, event messaging, and follow-up assets
  • Help scale Nift’s content engine across reports, executive POVs, articles, social content, newsletters, case studies, and campaign materials
  • Turn one idea, event, insight, or data point into multiple usable assets across channels
  • Build clear project plans, timelines, trackers, briefs, and workflows that help cross-functional teams move faster
  • Work closely with creative, content, sales, partnerships, and external partners to ensure work gets shipped on time and at a high bar
  • Help measure the impact of GTM programs and communicate their impact to the greater team
What You Need
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, PR, content marketing, sales enablement, partner marketing, or GTM roles
  • Experience working in a fast-moving agency, startup, tech company, or high-growth environment
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines at once
  • Strong writing and editing instincts; you can draft clear messaging, improve copy, and recognize what makes a story compelling
  • High business judgment and ability to connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes
  • Comfort working with sales, partnerships, executives, and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to take high-level direction and turn it into a clear plan with owners, timelines, and deliverables
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, resourceful, low-ego mindset
  • Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and changing priorities
  • Ability to speak up, clarify what is unclear, and move work forward in meetings
Nice To Have
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, adtech, martech, commerce media, fintech, marketplaces, or performance marketing
  • Agency experience, especially PR, integrated marketing, or account management
  • Experience supporting executive thought leadership or senior-leader content
  • Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM tool), Google Analytics, organic and paid social channels.
  • Experience supporting event-led pipeline, partner marketing, or ABM-style campaigns
  • Experience working with data, insights, or survey findings to build content and campaigns
What Success Looks Like
  • Sales and partnerships have stronger materials, clearer follow-up, and better support
  • Marketing programs are connected to revenue outcomes, not just activity
  • Content and thought leadership move faster and create more market visibility
  • Cross-functional teams have clearer owners, timelines, and next steps
  • Senior leadership has more visibility into what marketing is driving and where support is needed
What You Get
  • Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits: (401(k) with matching, Medical/Dental/Vision), and we offer full-time employees the potential to hold company equity
  • Flexible remote work
  • Unlimited Responsible PTO
  • Great opportunity to join a growing, cash-flow-positive company while having a direct impact on Nift's revenue, growth, scale, and future success

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
