About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the activation of marketing campaigns and events across EMEA. You'll be the connective tissue between strategy and execution, turning campaign plans into on-the-ground activity, keeping everything on budget, and making sure Sales is fully equipped to convert the leads you generate. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives on operational detail as much as creative delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Event Activation

  • Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and events across the EMEA region, from planning through post-event wrap-up
  • Coordinate logistics, vendors, timelines, and on-site delivery for regional events (conferences, trade shows, webinars, roadshows, etc.)
  • Adapt global campaign frameworks for regional relevance across EMEA markets

Budget Management

  • Manage campaign and event budgets, tracking spend against plan and flagging variances early
  • Report regularly on budget status and cost-efficiency to the Director of International Marketing

Sales Collaboration & Enablement

  • Partner closely with Sales leadership and SDR teams
  • Proactively brief SDRs ahead of each activation — what's coming, target audience, key messaging, and expected lead volume
  • Define and communicate clear lead handling processes, ensuring SDRs know how to prioritize, qualify, and follow up on leads by source and activation type
  • Act as the liaison between Marketing and Sales to ensure feedback loops on lead quality and conversion are working

Cross-functional Communication

  • Communicate campaign and event plans, timelines, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and regional teams
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign/event performance, lead generation, and pipeline impact
  • Partner with marketing operations to manage campaigns and events to pre, during, and post execution

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and/or events, ideally across multiple EMEA markets
  • Strong budget management skills — comfortable owning and reporting on spend
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate marketing plans into clear, actionable guidance for Sales/SDR teams
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, and a solid understanding of lead lifecycle and handoff processes
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple activations simultaneously
  • Based in or able to work from London, with willingness to travel across EMEA as needed

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) for tracking campaign/event lead flow
  • Prior experience in a B2B or SaaS environment

Base Salary Compensation RangeGBP 48,400.00-64,533.33

Bonus Target:

7.5% Annual

We expect the compensation and target bonus for this role to fall within the stated range. The specific compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
