About the Role:

Remitly is looking for an experienced Brand Media Marketing Manager to lead integrated media strategies that grow brand awareness and consideration. Reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager on the Growth team, you’ll own all aspects of brand media campaigns—across traditional, digital, and new channels—ensuring seamless execution with our teams and agency partners. You will be based in Seattle Washington in a hybrid role, in-office 50% (#LI-Hybrid).

You Will:

  • Shape Strategy: Lead integrated brand media strategies to grow awareness and consideration across audiences.
  • Drive Campaigns: Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of brand media campaigns across diverse channels.
  • Measure Impact: Partner with analytics and insights teams to monitor and report on growth metrics. Use data to refine strategies and maximize impact.
  • Manage Budgets: Manage annual brand-building budgets, ensuring precise forecasting and real-time adjustments.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with internal and external partners to align brand media efforts with broader organizational goals.
  • Evolve Creativity: Partner with creative teams on testing roadmaps and feedback loops, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead Agency Partnerships: Guide media agencies and vendors to execute effective and innovative campaigns.

You Have:

  • 6+ years in brand marketing, with proven experience leading multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of media strategy, audience targeting, and brand measurement.
  • Experience in traditional media, including TV, radio, outdoor, print and experiential; digital media experience preferred.
  • Ability to to turn data into actionable insights.
  • A growth mindset, with a passion for learning, adapting, and improving strategies and processes.
  • Collaboration and project management skills, managing cross-department programs and senior team members.
  • A passion for storytelling through creative and media channels.
  • Spanish speaking skills preferred but not required.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $120,000-$140,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
