  • Define, document, and continuously optimize procedures for efficient campaign execution, including managing the campaign project management platform (e.g., Asana, Monday, Jira) for centralized task tracking, resource allocation, and maintaining a clear record of campaign assets and approvals.
  • Enforce QA protocols to ensure flawless campaign execution and adherence to all brand guidelines and data compliance standards before launch.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, including leading status meetings and providing proactive, clear communication regarding project progress and potential risks to leadership.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives to identify and scale successful campaign elements.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of marketing trends and emerging opportunities, driven by curiosity, energy, and a passion for excellence.
  • Foster a highly collaborative environment, excelling as a communicator and adeptly prioritizing tasks in our fast-paced setting.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies and tactics.

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years in B2B marketing, managing complex, multi-channel acquisition and retention campaigns (e.g., email nurtures, paid media support, events), demonstrating outstanding email marketing expertise and a track record of delivering remarkable results.
  • Foundational understanding of the marketing technology stack (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement) to define requirements and coordinate testing.
  • Hands-on experience with leading marketing automation systems (experience with Pardot is a PLUS!), Salesforce CRM, and Customer Data Platforms (CDP's).
  • Proficiency in project management and workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Jira) for resource scheduling, task tracking, and process documentation.
  • Proven experience designing, documenting, and implementing efficient campaign workflows to reduce bottlenecks and improve time-to-market.
  • Track record in creating and activating successful paid social media campaigns.
  • Experience defining campaign reporting requirements (KPIs) and verifying campaign tracking and reporting are tested and ready for use.
  • Proven ability to enforce Quality Assurance (QA) protocols to ensure all campaigns comply with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and data privacy policies (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
  • Driven by curiosity, energy, and a passion for exploring new marketing opportunities.
  • Stellar communication skills and an innate ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
  • The talent to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates a privacy and compliance first mindset in all marketing activities.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
