Job Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join us on a fixed term 1 year maternity contract. This is a rare opportunity to join a fantastic team, where your commercial acumen and strategic mindset will drive our strategy for leading recruitment brands. 

Reporting to our Marketing Director, you'll spearhead B2C and B2B campaigns, manage key projects and support the sales team.

What the role will involve:

  • Brand Growth: Developing and executing brand positioning and messaging to attract job seekers and grow revenue.
  • Email & CRM: Managing newsletters and automated campaigns to enhance engagement and retention.
  • SEO & Content: Collaborating on SEO strategies, including video content, to boost visibility.
  • Campaign Performance: Monitoring and optimising channel performance through continuous testing.
  • Data & Segmentation: Analysing user behaviour with data teams to target audiences effectively.
  • Social Media: Implementing creative strategies to amplify reach across platforms.
  • Personalisation & Automation: Innovating onsite and in email campaigns using real time search data to improve user experience.
  • Event Management: Lead our PA of the Year Awards, handling everything from nominations to logistics.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • Email Marketing & CRM: Experienced in driving tailored campaigns and advanced use of email marketing software for campaign development and innovation.
  • Commercial Awareness & Problem-Solving: Strong commercial sense paired with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • SEO Knowledge: Proficient in using tools like SEMrush to help understand how to optimise search visibility.
  • Design: Skilled in using Canva to create visually engaging content.
  • Data Presentation & Strategic Insight: Ability to present data and research to senior management, justifying business decisions and shaping strategy.
  • Project Management: Competent in managing multiple projects with various stakeholders.
