Job Summary 

 The Marketing Lead, Retina is the strategic and executional lead for Harrow’s Retina portfolio, including IHEEZO®, TRIESENCE®, BYOOVIZ™, and OPUVIZ™. This role owns end-to-end marketing strategy and execution across brands, driving growth through integrated HCP and patient marketing programs. 

 Core Responsibilities 

 Retina Brand Leadership 

  • Lead marketing strategy, positioning, and annual brand planning across the Retina portfolio 
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive demand across care settings 
  • Support product launches and lifecycle initiatives 

 Integrated Marketing Execution 

  • Own execution of omnichannel campaigns across personal and non-personal channels (sales, digital, media, CRM) 
  • Develop HCP and patient marketing programs to drive awareness and adoption 
  • Oversee content, messaging, and field-facing tools 

 Performance & Analytics 

  • Define KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness 
  • Use insights to optimize performance and inform strategy 

 Cross-Functional Leadership 

  • Partner with sales, medical, regulatory, legal, and market access to ensure aligned, compliant execution 
  • Lead promotional review and ensure high-quality deliverables 

 Agency & Operations 

  • Manage agencies and vendors to deliver programs on time and within budget 
  • Oversee marketing budgets and multiple concurrent initiatives 

 

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred  
  • 10+ years pharma/biotech marketing experience 
  • Strong HCP marketing and brand leadership experience 
  • Proven success leading integrated, omnichannel campaigns 
  • Ophthalmology, retina, or buy & bill experience required
