About the Role:

The Marketing Execution Project Manager will be responsible for managing all marketing projects within Workfront, from intake to completion. This role is responsible for reviewing and coordinating marketing programs, ensures projects across marketing are kept up to date, tasks are completed on time, and collaboration across teams is seamless. The Marketing Execution Project Manager will work closely with our Workfront Administrator to optimize intake forms, templates, and processes for maximum efficiency.

What You'll Do:

  • Project Management: Oversee and manage marketing projects within Workfront, from intake to project completion, ensuring projects are submitted thoroughly with all requirements and parameters, tagging in appropriate teams where needed. Proactively move projects forward as needed by working with stakeholders to remove roadblocks and ensure on-time completion.

  • Workfront Coordination: Ensure all marketing teams are using Workfront effectively, keeping project information current and accurate.

  • Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration between different marketing teams, facilitating communication and cooperation.

  • Process Optimization: Work with the Workfront Administrator to optimize intake forms, templates, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Create a streamlined process for repeatable work by ensuring templates and workflows are scalable and reusable. 

  • Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly monitor project progress, generate reports, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may impede project progress.

  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to marketing team members on best practices for using Workfront.

  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and tools.

What You'll Need:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing environment. Experience with project scheduling and project organization.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Workfront or other project management software; strong understanding of project management methodologies.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification. SCRUM Master Certification. 

  • Experience: Experience in optimizing project management processes and tools.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to equal pay for equal work in its compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $80,000 - $145,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
