You’ll own and shape Redis’ global third-party event strategy and corporate roadshow program, directly influencing pipeline growth and customer engagement worldwide. This is a highly visible role where you’ll partner cross-functionally to bring our brand to life at scale and drive measurable business impact.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global event strategy across third-party conferences, and Redis-hosted events aligned to marketing and sales objectives.
- Partner closely with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, Brand, Field Marketing, and Product to ensure event goals, messaging, and activation plans drive pipeline and revenue impact.
- Own end-to-end management of third-party event programs and our global corporate roadshow, including sponsorship evaluation, venue sourcing, logistics, messaging alignment, event execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Drive cross-functional program management across the full event lifecycle, aligning stakeholders and vendors, managing milestones, and ensuring on-time, high-quality execution.
- Lead event demand generation strategy, including audience targeting, pre-event promotion, on-site engagement, and post-event nurture.
- Establish clear KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure success (MQLs, SQLs, sourced pipeline, influenced revenue) and continuously optimize performance.
- Manage budgets, vendors, agencies, and external partners to deliver high-quality experiences while maximizing efficiency and return on investment.
What will you need to have?
- 6+ years of experience in event marketing and event management within B2B technology organizations.
- Proven experience leading large-scale third-party event programs and roadshows that drive measurable pipeline results.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously across regions and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring event performance and pipeline impact.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $95,000 – $114,000 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
