About The Role:

Join the Marketing team as a Marketing & Events Manager and you will function at the center of customer-facing teams throughout the company – building strong relationships with internal team members, leading the organization and execution of events for Stackline, and ensuring the Stackline story is told externally to customers and partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale events, be detail-oriented and data-driven, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a hybrid role based in Seattle (4 days/week in office).


What You Will Do:
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute external marketing, partner, and customer events for Stackline, delivering strong results (i.e. sales leads and opportunities) and exceptional event experience for attendees
  • Build and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Develop a comprehensive plan for marketing at priority trade shows for the e-commerce industry. Design and execute project plans for all events and communicate with key stakeholders.
  • Lead communication and preparation for events with Stackline team members in sales, customer strategy, services, etc.
  • Lead internal employee-centric events such as Annual Sales Kick Off and participate in the organization of ad-hoc social events
  • Create community for employees and leverage events as a way to enhance employee experience

Who We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task across multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • Works proactively and has a can-do, positive attitude
  • Ability to lead through complexity and comfortable navigating ambiguity
  • Ownership mindset, excited to design and create event programs to enhance the Stackline experience
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • 5 years of experience leading the planning and execution of events of all sizes
  • Demonstrated ability to think big, work hard, and solve problems

Actual salaries are just one component of the compensation package and may vary above or below the range based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, location, and performance. The pay range for this role is $90,000 - $130,000. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and other team-specific awards.
