Our mission is simple: to beautify bathrooms across North America by manufacturing and installing attractive, durable, and maintenance-free bath remodeling fixtures—ultimately enriching the lives of everyone we touch.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team and help grow our presence throughout the New York market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning & Strategy: Define event objectives, develop timelines, and manage event budgets.

  • Venue Selection: Research and secure locations that align with event needs including capacity, amenities, and overall atmosphere.

  • Event Logistics: Oversee all on-site logistics including layout/floor plans, setup, catering, transportation, and vendor coordination.

  • Marketing & Promotion: Promote events, manage communications with attendees, and ensure branding consistency.

  • On-Site Execution: Lead and manage the event as it happens, coordinating staff and volunteers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth experience.

  • Post-Event Analysis: Gather feedback, evaluate outcomes, and develop post-event reports for continuous improvement.

  • Script & Methodology Adherence: Lead by example and ensure staff consistently follow established scripts and methodologies.

  • Staff Management: Act as the main point of contact for staff—coordinating schedules, assigning responsibilities, and fostering team alignment.

  • Recruitment & Scheduling: Hire, train, and schedule Event Demonstrators to work trade shows and events.

  • Lead Generation: Set appointments for free in-home consultations, collect contest entries, and follow up to convert leads.

  • Event Calendar Management: Research, negotiate, and book a robust calendar of events and trade shows throughout the year.

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Outgoing, enthusiastic personality

  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team

  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds

  • Comfortable working weekends and attending events in person

  • Previous event planning or trade show coordination experience preferred
