About the role: 

The Events & Communications Manager at Altium will lead the strategic planning and execution of both in-person and digital events, manage relationships with external partners and industry stakeholders, and oversee general company communications to enhance brand presence.

 A day in the life of our Marketing Events & Communications Manager
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and digital events, including webinars, industry conferences, and customer summits.
  • Manage event logistics, budgeting, vendor relationships, and event marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, sponsors, speakers, and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee corporate communications, including press releases, newsletters, and internal announcements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event and communications strategies support business objectives and enhance market visibility.
  • Measure event effectiveness and communication outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continual improvement.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in event management and corporate communications, preferably in technology or B2B environments.
  • Proven track record in managing successful events and communications programs.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills for measuring the effectiveness of events and communication strategies.

The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $145,000. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
