Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and proven Marketing Director to lead demand gen and integrated marketing for CoreLogic’s Marketing and Data Solutions Team in the Mortgage Business Unit. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding CoreLogic’s share of the Mortgage Broker audience—a new and exciting target for the company. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing compelling, data-driven marketing plans and campaigns that drive awareness, lead generation, and new sales.

The ideal candidate will be a proven demand generation expert with deep expertise in creating, executing and reporting on integrated marketing campaigns. Since the Marketing and Data Solutions Team is one of CoreLogic’s newest solution groups, this role requires speed, agility, creativity, and an experimental mindset to continually refine and perfect our value proposition for the mortgage broker audience.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Create & Execute Marketing Strategies: Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive solution awareness, marketing qualified leads, and ultimately sales pipeline growth within the mortgage broker segment.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Sales to ensure marketing initiatives align with business unit objectives, product positioning, sales cycles, and customer needs.
  • Demand Generation: Implement high-performing demand gen campaigns, leveraging personalized promotions, digital marketing, content marketing, events, and sales enablement tools.
  • Thought Leadership & Content Development: Drive thought leadership initiatives, developing compelling content that can be syndicated across multiple channels, including PR, social media, and other promotional tactics.
  • Media & Influencer Engagement: Identify and execute opportunities to enhance CoreLogic’s reputation and credibility among clients, partners, and industry media via strategic influencer campaigns.
  • Partner Co-Marketing: Develop co-marketing initiatives with key partners to expand CoreLogic’s reach and increase solution awareness, MQLs, and new sales.
  • Campaign Performance & Optimization: Track, measure, and optimize marketing campaign effectiveness using data-driven reporting and KPIs.

Job Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on demand generation, integrated marketing campaigns, and B2B / B2B2C marketing strategy.
  • Proven experience activating go-to-market plans for new products and solutions, preferably in the mortgage industry.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, events, and sales enablement.
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated track record of optimizing marketing performance based on KPIs and business objectives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools – ideally, Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Annual Pay Range:

101,200 - 136,600 USD
