What You'll Do:

As a Developer I, you'll become an integral part of our dynamic marketing development team, contributing to multiple high-impact websites and diverse projects. Your role will include:

  • Collaborating closely with teammates and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver on defined timelines.
  • Building and maintaining modern websites and web applications using technologies such as React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, PHP, and Node.js.
  • Assisting in the implementation of compelling UI/UX designs and optimizing web applications for speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
  • Creating and maintaining robust APIs and supporting continuous integration and deployment pipelines with Docker, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and AWS.
  • Following established coding standards, comprehensive documentation practices, and conducting thorough testing.
  • Staying informed and proactively engaging with emerging web technologies and trends to continuously enhance our solutions.
  • Exploring integration opportunities with cutting-edge AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-driven projects, to drive innovation and enhance user experience.

Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' professional experience developing dynamic websites or web applications.
  • Proven proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and PHP.
  • Demonstrable experience with modern frameworks and libraries such as React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Experience working with Git and version control tools such as GitHub.
  • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and deployment automation using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD solutions.
  • Experience managing tasks and collaboration using ticketing systems like Jira or Azure DevOps.
