About the Role
The Marketing Designer will play a key role in shaping and scaling Doodle Labs’ visual identity across marketing, product storytelling, and digital channels.
In this role, you will translate complex wireless connectivity technology into clear, compelling visual communication. You will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to create assets that support demand generation, product launches, brand storytelling, and technical education across defense, robotics, and autonomous systems markets.
This is an opportunity to help build a consistent and scalable visual language for Doodle Labs while ensuring high-quality design across all customer touch points.
What You’ll Do
- Create high-quality visual assets across web, digital campaigns, presentations, whitepapers, product collateral, social media, and event materials
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear and engaging visual storytelling
- Support marketing campaigns with design that improves engagement, conversion, and brand recognition
- Develop diagrams, product visuals, and technical illustrations to communicate Doodle Labs’ solutions
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all marketing and external communications
- Contribute to and maintain design systems, templates, and brand guidelines
- Design website pages and landing pages that support inbound marketing and product education
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to improve clarity, usability, and conversion
- Support sales and product marketing with presentations, pitch decks, and technical collateral
- Design assets for product launches, announcements, and multi-channel campaigns
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Continuously improve design workflows, processes, and creative output

Who You Are
- 3–5 years of professional design experience, ideally within B2B technology companies
- Experience designing for marketing, digital, and product-related content
- Strong ability to translate complex ideas into clear and compelling visuals
- Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Experience designing for web, campaigns, and technical content
- Strong understanding of brand systems and visual consistency
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketers, engineers, and product teams
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, high-quality work
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for B2B technology, hardware, robotics, aerospace, or defense industries
- Experience creating technical diagrams, product visuals, or system illustrations
- Photography experience
- Experience supporting campaign and demand-generation creative
- Familiarity with web design workflows and collaboration with developers
- Experience designing assets for events, trade shows, or industry conferences
