About Fay

Fay is a 3-sided AI platform redefining preventative care with a b2b2c business in a box. We’re one of the fastest growing companies in tech and the fastest growing company in wellness history. We combine clinical expertise with smart systems. The result? More affordable, effective care for the people who need it most.

Behind the platform is a Marvel team of builders deeply connected to the problem we’re solving. We pride ourselves on attracting superstar talent — the kind that’s driven the best growth-to-burn metrics since early Airbnb, Stripe, and WhatsApp. Those aren’t our words, though. That’s straight from our investors at General Catalyst, Forerunner, 1984, and Goldman Sachs.

If you're excited to build at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and real-world impact — we’d love to meet you.

About this Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Designer with an impeccable eye to join Fay’s fast-growing team. This role blends hands-on design execution with opportunities that will influence our brand’s visual direction. You’ll create cohesive, polished assets across every touchpoint — from static ads and social graphics to pitch decks, emails, direct mail, PR materials, and influencer campaigns — all while helping elevate and evolve Fay’s overall look and feel.

The ideal candidate is equal parts designer and visual storyteller, with the range to deliver on high-volume marketing needs while also elevating a creative tone for the brand. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, communications, and product teams to bring campaigns to life, ensure brand consistency, and push our visual identity forward.

What you’ll be doing

  • Design, concept & iterate on high-impact creative for digital and print channels, including paid ads, presentations, email, and direct mail
  • Design marketing materials that span campaigns, PR/comms, partnerships, and event collateral
  • Partner with marketing and growth teams to translate campaign strategies into visually compelling assets
  • Uplift and evolve Fay’s visual identity, ensuring every piece of creative feels fresh, premium, and on-brand
  • Provide art direction and creative guidance for brand, social, video and photography content
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain brand consistency across all channels
  • Work quickly and thoughtfully in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed with exceptional attention to craft
  • Stay pugged into cultural, social, and design trends—bringing fresh ideas to the table regularly

Who you are

  • A highly skilled visual designer with 4+ years of experience creating marketing and paid assets
  • Obsessed with layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy, with a portfolio that showcases your range across mediums
  • Experienced in both digital and print design, with a working knowledge of production requirements for each
  • Comfortable balancing execution with creative direction, contributing to the evolution of a brand’s visual style
  • Adept at working across multiple projects and products simultaneously, managing timelines, and delivering exceptional work under tight deadlines
  • Collaborative and communicative, able to partner closely with product, marketers, freelancers, and leadership
  • Proficient in industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  • Comfortable working across brand and product design, and excited by the nuances of both
  • The kind of person who takes pride in pushing boundaries while staying grounded in strategy

How to apply

If you’re excited about shaping the way people experience the Fay brand — and you have the portfolio to prove it — we’d love to hear from you. Please share your portfolio, resume, and a document with 5 ads you’ve worked on that you’re proud of, with a short description of how they performed.

The best companies are made of the best people. There’s no shortage of work ahead, but we stay balanced and look forward to celebrating our wins as a team.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
