We’re seeking a Marketing Design & Content Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing team. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, early-career professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll be instrumental in developing visual content, coordinating cross-functional projects, and supporting marketing operations. From digital campaigns to internal communications, you’ll help bring ideas to life across product, digital, and event marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design
  • Design and produce  creative assets for digital and print channels, including social media, blogs, newsletters, presentation, and marketing collateral
  • Create and edit content aligned with brand messaging and visual standards
  • Assist in multimedia production, such as video, audio, or photography projects, as needed
  • Lead the content collection, production, and delivery of the team’s internal newsletter to ensure alignment and engagement across departments
Team & Project Collaboration
  • Work cross-functionally with product, digital, and event marketing to ensure project timelines and campaign goals align with the overall marketing calendar

  • Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions
  • Provide support in content planning and rollout strategies
Operations & Asset Management
  • Maintain marketing budget tracking
  • Manage and maintain the digital asset management system (Catsy), ensuring accuracy and accessibility of creative resources
  • Manage and maintain our internal Marketing SharePoint site
  • Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials to internal stakeholders and teams
Marketing & Content Research
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitive content, and audience insights to support campaign development and strategy
  • Assist in reporting on content engagement and performance metrics
Qualifications
  • Proficient in writing for web, content edition, and content design best practices
  • Understanding of content design best practices
  • Ability to translate project requirements into compelling creative concepts
  • Graphic design experience with a strong attention to detail and visual storytelling
  • Knowledge of brand systems and an understanding of maintain consistency across formats and platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in marketing, design, or an agency setting
  • Experience in multimedia production (video, audio, photography) is a plus
  • Familiarity with project management tools or asset management systems (e.g. Catsy, Asana, Smartsheet) is advantageous
