We are looking for a versatile Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. This role combines marketing technology expertise with data analysis to drive actionable insights, align technology solutions with business objectives, and identify key drivers of channel and segment performance. The ideal candidate will build and validate metrics, monitor data quality, analyze datasets, and develop dashboards while shaping and executing our marketing technology roadmap.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, validate, and own marketing metrics that enable smarter business decisions
  • Perform ad hoc and deep-dive analyses using platforms such as Lightdash, Redash, AppsFlyer, Salesforce, Hubspot, Databricks, Excel, Adobe Analytics, and Data Warehouses
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and trust across systems to champion data quality
  • Create dynamic dashboards and recurring reports that bring data to life and anticipate stakeholder needs
  • Harness SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data that drives action
  • Partner with CRM, data, analytics, and DevOps teams to build a cohesive digital ecosystem
  • Define and execute a forward-looking marketing technology roadmap, including evaluating and recommending MarTech platforms aligned with business goals
  • Safeguard compliance with global privacy and governance standards (GDPR, CCPA)
  • Pioneer AI/ML-powered personalization, real-time journey orchestration, and content optimization
  • Lead pilots and proofs of concept to test bold ideas and scale winning innovations

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in Martech and data analysis, ideally in marketing, customer operations, supply chain, or retail analytics
  • Proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and dashboarding tools (Lightdash, Redash, or similar)
  • Familiarity with MarTech platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation, and BI tools
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, KPIs, and campaign analysis
  • Experience developing and executing technology roadmaps
  • Knowledge of data quality monitoring, governance, and compliance regulations (GDPR, TCPA, CCPA)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills with the ability to deliver actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
