How will you create an impact?
Uncover Hidden Opportunities? You'll dive deep into our marketing data across all channels (social media, newsletters, programmatic, etc.) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve ROAS, and conversion rates, and decrease cost of capital. Impact: Directly influences marketing strategy and budget allocation, leading to increased efficiency and ROI.
Validate and Iterate: You'll use low-code/no-code AI tools to quickly validate marketing hypotheses and test new ideas before investing in full-scale development. Impact: Accelerates experimentation and innovation, allowing us to rapidly adapt to market changes and capitalize on emerging trends.
Data-Driven Optimization: You'll use data insights to optimize marketing campaigns, targeting, and messaging, leading to improved performance and customer engagement. Impact: Drives continuous improvement in key marketing metrics, maximizing the impact of our campaigns.
Collaborate and Influence: You'll work closely with strategists and other stakeholders to share your insights and influence marketing strategy. Impact: Fosters a data-driven culture within the marketing team, ensuring that decisions are based on evidence rather than intuition.
Build and Automate: You'll develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key metrics, visualize performance, and automate reporting processes. Impact: Provides transparency into marketing performance and frees up time for deeper analysis and strategic thinking.
Measure and Analyze: You'll analyze customer behavior across the marketing funnel to understand user engagement and identify areas to improve the customer journey. Impact: Improves customer experience and drives higher conversion rates.
Experiment and Innovate: You'll proactively identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and other key metrics through data analysis and experimentation. Impact: Drives innovation in marketing tactics and strategies, keeping us ahead of the curve.

What you should have?
Data Expertise: Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis techniques, including statistical modeling and data visualization.
Marketing Channel Mastery: Deep understanding of various traditional and non-traditional marketing channels, including social media, newsletters, programmatic advertising, and more.
Low-Code/No-Code Proficiency: Experience working with low-code/no-code AI tools for rapid prototyping and validation.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics, Funnel, and Looker.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Self-Starter Mentality: A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, with a strong bias for action.
Passion for Innovation: A desire to experiment with new tools and techniques and a passion for pushing the boundaries of marketing analytics.
