What you'll do here:

  • Develop and produce marketing materials using appropriate Adobe Creative Suite software, including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop

  • Design for all channels and formats, including web, emails, landing pages, ebooks, infographics, flyers, social media, paid media, events, video and direct mail

  • Modify layouts based on specific project and audience needs to cultivate customer relationships and drive action

  • Engage with collaborators from the start to improve project/campaign impact and align with brand guidelines.

  • Manage creative resources when applicable (freelancers, printers, etc.) to ensure creative concept is adhered to and deadlines are met

  • Collaborate with other functional teams, such as Content and Web, to craft campaigns and sales enablement tools that resonate and encourage action

  • Work with Events team to develop creative in support of promotional plans that meet marketing goals and improve lead generation

  • Stay ahead of marketing trends to influence and inform innovative, coordinated marketing campaigns and deliverables

  • Update and maintain internal digital asset management system (Widen or Brandfolder) and project management system (Workfront)

  • Improve content performance by using metrics and performance indicators

  • Work independently and manage simultaneous projects with many moving parts

Skills you will need here:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing communications, advertising or related field

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in graphic or media design, preferably in a fast-paced environment

  • Detailed knowledge of branding and marketing standard methodologies

  • Extensive experience and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)

  • Solid understanding of layout, graphic design, composition and color theory across print and digital media

  • Understanding of video production/editing and animation

  • Experience with Widen, Brandfolder and Workfront a plus

  • Familiarity with accessibility standards is advantageous

  • Proven record of strong problem solving, decision-making, project management and analytical skills

  • Complete work with a sense of urgency and a strong attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain design strategy to non-design collaborators

  • Be goal driven yet flexible, adapting to opportunities as they arise

  • Work well independently and with minimal supervision, as part of a high-functioning team

  • Take ownership and be accountable for your work

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

$58,300.00 - $75,000.00 USD
