Position: Marketing Coordinator, Picture Shop

Location: Los Angeles, CA 

 

This role directly reports to the VP of Marketing and is based in Los Angeles, CA. The role will be a hybrid of work-from-home and in-person at Picture Shop’s Los Angeles facilities. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support global Marketing team and work closely with VP of Marketing and Marketing Manager on general strategy and positioning. 
  • Work with Marketing Manager to handle day-to-day social media accounts, content scheduling, posting, sharing, commenting, and engagement. 
  • Follow established procedures and liaise with various internal departments to ensure information, copy, tagging, trailers, and imagery for social media posts are accurate.
  • Help maintain and update social media calendar and ensure projects are promoted in a timely manner. 
  • Monitor competitors and industry trades daily; track project release dates. 
  • Regularly meet with talent and review projects in the social media pipeline, and garner feedback to further improve the brand’s social media presence and stay ahead of competitors. 
  • Help coordinate client and studio approvals of social media content and reels.
  • Help graphic design and edit Instagram stories, posts, and general marketing collateral. ‘
  • Maintain and update the brand’s website, with an emphasis on the talent artist pages to ensure projects are up to date and accurately represented.
  • Help maintain awards tracker and assist with the submission process as needed.
  • Generate new ideas to grow the brand social media following and track results. 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, or related field. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work within a team and consistently deliver on deadlines. 
  • Ability to effectively support post production artists and their clients. 
  • Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, Webflow, Microsoft Office, basic video editing.
