Simplistic is looking for a Partner Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our partner marketing and growth initiatives. The Partner Marketing Coordinator helps bring campaigns to life by coordinating projects, preparing marketing materials, and ensuring internal teams and partners stay aligned. This role plays an important part in supporting brand awareness and lead generation efforts through organized and timely execution.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and communicative individual who is comfortable collaborating across teams and managing multiple moving pieces at once. The Partner Marketing Coordinator will assist in creating and editing partner-facing content such as email campaigns, case study collateral, and website updates, while also supporting co-marketing campaigns, events, and content initiatives. This person will help manage event logistics, maintain marketing workflows and documentation, and communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and external partners.

As a PARTNER MARKETING COORDINATOR, this role could include:

  • Support execution of partner marketing and co-marketing initiatives across multiple client and vendor partnerships
  • Coordinate closely with Partnerships, GTM, and Sales teams to assist partner-driven growth efforts
  • Create and edit marketing materials, including email campaigns, case study collateral, and website updates
  • Assist in planning and executing co-marketing campaigns, promotions, and content initiatives
  • Manage event logistics for webinars, sponsorships, and partner marketing events (scheduling, materials, coordination, follow-ups)
  • Maintain partner marketing documentation, project trackers, and internal workflows to ensure organized campaign execution
  • Communicate with external partners and internal stakeholders to gather information, confirm timelines, and ensure deliverables are met
  • Support publishing and deployment of marketing content across email, website, and other marketing channels
  • Track campaign deliverables and deadlines, helping ensure projects launch on time and within scope
  • Assist with reporting preparation by gathering campaign metrics and performance information for the marketing team

Required Competencies

  • 2–3 years of experience working at an agency
  • Exposure to Shopify Plus merchants or agencies preferred
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Solid marketing skills and understanding of GTM motions
  • Comfortable supporting sales-aligned initiatives
  • Organized, proactive, and reliable
  • A self-starter who can contribute with minimal ramp-up
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gamma) to improve efficiency, research, and content creation
