Marketing Coordinator

Pixi Inc. – Los Angeles, California (On-site)

We’re seeking a highly organized and creative Events Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and help execute impactful events that bring the Pixi brand to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer & Creator Support

 • Support relationships with influencers, content creators and agencies

 • Maintain influencer ambassador list and generate growth and event reports

Event Management

 • Plan, coordinate and execute events from concept through completion

 • Ensure all events align with brand goals and deliver seamless experiences

Event Strategy & Collaboration

 • Work closely with marketing, PR, and digital teams to maximize event impact

 • Drive awareness, creator engagement and press coverage

Vendor & Partner Coordination

 • Research, source and manage venues, vendors and partners

 • Negotiate and secure the best options and pricing

Guest List Management

 • Build, maintain and update guest lists for press, influencers and VIPs

 • Coordinate RSVPs, confirmations and seating assignments where relevant

Event Logistics

 • Manage timelines, budgets, permits, rentals, staffing and transportation

 • Deliver events on time, on brand and within scope

On-Site Execution

 • Act as the main point of contact at events

 • Oversee setup, execution, troubleshooting and breakdown

Innovation & Creativity

 • Propose new event formats and creative concepts

 • Keep Pixi’s activations fresh, engaging and ahead of the curve

Marketing & PR Support

 • Coordinate pre and post-event communications, content and press

 • Support wider marketing efforts to increase brand awareness

Campaign Reporting & Analysis

 • Deliver a high-level recap within 24 hours of each event

 • Provide a full performance report within one week including metrics, insights and recommendations

Brand Representation

 • Represent Pixi as a brand ambassador across all touchpoints

 • Educate and excite creators through gifting, hosting and events

General Marketing Support

 • Assist with presentations, reports and creative brainstorming

 • Identify opportunities for growth and process improvements

 • Support the marketing team across day-to-day initiatives

Qualifications

Education & Experience

 • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or related field

 • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management or event coordination (beauty, fashion or lifestyle industry preferred)

Skills & Competencies

 • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

 • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 • Creative thinker with a strong understanding of brand storytelling and experiential marketing

 • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends

 • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Canva, Adobe Suite or project management tools a plus
