Role Description
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is creative, adaptable, eager to learn, and ready to make an immediate impact on a mission-driven team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all aspects of marketing in a fast-paced, collaborative medtech environment.
In this role, you will support both patient (B2C) and provider (B2B) marketing initiatives to drive awareness and adoption of Magnus Medical’s SAINT Depression Therapy. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory, People Ops, and others to ensure marketing programs are executed with excellence, compliance, and impact.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support: Assist with the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns across social media, e-mail, PPC, print, and other channels
- Content Coordination: Support the creation and maintenance of website, blog, and social media content (including light graphics/design work), ensuring alignment with brand identity and regulatory guidelines
- Social Media Execution: Schedule and post content across all social media platforms, ensuring messaging maintains a tone consistent with the brand's voice, and own engagement, responses, and routing of messages to the appropriate internal contacts
- Event & Conference Support: Coordinate logistics for conferences, trade shows, and webinars including booth materials, shipping, lead capture, and post-event reporting
- Asset Management: Maintain and organize marketing assets, creative files, and collateral, ensuring version control and updates are made as new materials are developed
- Project Management: Support with the execution of marketing requests from cross-functional teams and ensure projects are on track for timely execution
- Performance Tracking: Partner with the Sr. Marketing Manager, Digital in the compilation and analysis of marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, recommend improvements, and aid Commercial Strategy team in aggregating reporting
- Administrative Support: Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoice processing for marketing projects and agency partners
- Communications: Support internal communication initiatives, including drafting updates, newsletters, and presentations that keep employees informed and aligned
Ideal Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-4 years of marketing experience
- Strong writing, organizational, and project management skills
- A proactive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (ex., HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress)
- Familiarity and experience with social media channels and marketing tools, Google Suite, Canva, Asana (or similar project management software)
- Proficiency in presentation development and design (Google Slides/Powerpoint)
- Experience working with and helping to coordinate with agency partners
- Healthcare or medtech/medical device marketing experience is a plus
Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 Annually
This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Magnus' compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Magnus utilizes the full width of the range.
