***This position is 100% in office in Brentwood (LA) 11601 Wilshire Blvd

As a Marketing Coordinator you will be the liaison between the Marketing team and agents to coordinate the creation & delivery of marketing projects and materials. You will be responsible for communicating concepts & branding guidelines to ensure high quality output for the customer’s brand. Additionally you will work to provide analysis and strategies to identify where processes and timeliness can be improved. You are an integral part of the team working in InDesign and ensuring that the customer's experience is best in class.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist members of the marketing team with design production needs
  • Coordinate with clients and marketing team members to scope projects, establishing fast but feasible project timelines and plans
  • Liaise between marketing advisors and agents to communicate and coordinate the delivery of projects and materials
  • Able to explain concepts, ideas and brand guidelines in a clear, friendly and convincing manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas that can benefit from technology or process improvement
  • Continually provide analysis and QA insight and help develop training opportunities to ensure the completion of projects on time and under budget
  • Move quickly to organize and assemble templated creative work such as print ads, brochures, and more through InDesign
  • Be a culture carrier who inspires and empowers those around you with a positive and constructive approach to creating and implementing change

Job Skills & Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience producing content in-house or at an agency
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
  • High level of discretion, diligence, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Experience working within a creative team 
  • Ability to prioritize projects and deadlines; adept project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong working knowledge of creative programs such as InDesign and Photoshop necessary to execute excellent creative work
  • Proficient in the suite of office tools from Apple, Google and Microsoft (Ex. Keynote, Docs & Excel)
  • Experience with Workfront project management software is a plus

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is a base pay of $24.91 - $27.70+ hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
