We are seeking a Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day execution of strategic brand partnerships and marketing initiatives and serve as a critical bridge between Spark’s internal team and the client’s brand partnerships department, ensuring all deliverables and campaigns are on time, on message, and on strategy.
This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in entertainment marketing, loves project management, and understands how to collaborate across internal and external teams. The Coordinator will assist in both creative execution and cross-functional coordination to ensure campaigns run smoothly on schedule, and with high impact.

This position is currently scoped for part-time, estimated at 20 hours per week, with potential to scale up based on campaign volume and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Execution & Project Management
- Support the day-to-day execution of partner campaigns: status tracking, project timelines, and creative review
- Maintain partnership trackers, meeting notes, and creative archives
- Assist in creating brand style guides and campaign guidelines
- Support compilation of post-campaign performance materials
Pitch & Planning Support
- Regularly update the Home Entertainment Release Calendar and internal planning documents (e.g., Future Release Deck)
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of pitch decks for upcoming film releases
- Track action items and follow-ups from internal and partner meetings
Internal & Cross-Functional Support
· Schedule and coordinate meetings with partners and internal teams as needed
· Circulate agendas, recap notes, and updates across internal stakeholders
· Research competitive brand activity and provide insights as needed
· Manage timelines to ensure timely delivery of all campaign assets
Enter and update product and promo info across internal systems and documents
Administrative & Financial Support
- Submit internal reports and assist with partner paperwork, POs, and vendor coordination
- Help manage budget tracking and documentation for assigned campaigns
- Provide support on ad hoc projects and presentation development
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in entertainment, agency, brand partnerships, or project coordination
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent communicator and collaborator
- High attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint))
- Passionate about entertainment, pop culture, and brand storytelling
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with film studios, entertainment brands, or marketing agencies
- Familiarity with the home entertainment lifecycle and theatrical release timelines
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or presentation design tools is a plus
