As a Marketing Coordinator, you will write compelling copy, create landing pages, manage ad campaigns, optimize conversions, and collaborate with sales and product teams to drive growth and enhance marketing effectiveness.
Sync needs You!
You’re a conversion focused marketer – you’re not interested in followers and likes. You prefer to talk in terms of CPA, LTV, and payback periods. You’re always looking for the next landing page to build out, nurture sequence to create, or headline copy that will drive conversions.
You’ve probably had a mix of B2B and B2C experience, and you’re just as comfortable writing headline copy as you are automating an email campaign in between split tests and debating p-values.
You’re looking for a role where you can make a big impact, work with smart marketers on projects that matter, and also be valued for your input. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to build a campaign, but you’re also comfortable working with a team.

You’re looking for a role where you can make a big impact, work with smart marketers on projects that matter, and also be valued for your input. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to build a campaign, but you’re also comfortable working with a team.
What you’ll be working on:
- Copywriting: Channel your inner David Ogilvy to write magnetic headlines, compelling CTAs, and copy that not only sells but also tells our story and resonates with our audience.
- Landing pages: Create landing pages that convert. They look good, fit the brand and present CTAs that motivate prospects to purchase. You’re comfortable using tools like Hubspot to rapidly create new landing pages and squeeze pages.
- Ad Campaign Management: Build, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) that are focused on performance metrics.
- Conversion Optimization: Run A/B tests and analyze data. Present findings that will refine our strategies to boost conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.
- Email Campaigns: Create effective offers and build nurture sequences that earn trust to drive purchases and upgrades.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned and driving towards the same goal—growth.
Who you are:
- Experience: You have 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (ideally in SaaS), with a track record of delivering campaigns and copy that converts. Bonus points for entrepreneurial experience.
- Detail-oriented: You take notes, zero in on KPIs, and you don’t need to be asked to proofread your copy. You know that editing and rewriting is part of creating great copy.
- Performance Mindset: You're focused on growth and you know that effective messaging is the key to unlock it. You know how to write to an audience in a way that builds trust, highlights product benefits and leads to conversion.
- Eye for Design: You can build a landing page that looks good, and choose an image that complements your copy to create a cohesive message.
- Data-Driven: Good or bad, you always want to find the “why” behind campaign performance. You love diving into data and are always looking for ways to optimize.
- Open to feedback: You’re passionate about your ideas but not blinded by them. You can take feedback from data, customers, or colleagues and create something better.
- Passion: You’re driven, enthusiastic, curious, and always looking for ways to improve.
Why Join Us?
- Innovative Environment: Be part of a forward-thinking team that’s always looking for new ways to push the boundaries of digital marketing.
- Make an Impact: Your work will have a direct impact on our growth and success. We value creativity, innovation, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
- Growth Opportunities: As we grow, so do your opportunities. We’re committed to helping our team members develop their skills and advance their careers.
- Competitive Compensation: Competitive compensation packages, including paid vacation, benefits, and additional resources.
- Remote-first Work Environment: We primarily work remotely, but do occasionally get together during team events and planning sessions. For those that prefer working in an office, we also have office space available.
