Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced marketing team at a Silicon Valley-based IT company. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment where you will play a pivotal role in coordinating marketing initiatives and ensuring the seamless execution of projects and events.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on managing multiple responsibilities, possesses exceptional organizational and communication skills, and can work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with our Business Manager and other stakeholders to support content management, event coordination, and digital marketing efforts.

This is an on-site position; remote applicants will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Management: Develop and manage marketing content systems, ensuring consistent organization and adherence to brand standards across all materials.
  • Template Development: Create templates for marketing collateral, presentations, and communication to support brand consistency and process efficiency.
  • Branding & Design System Implementation: Assist in defining and implementing the company’s brand guidelines and design system.
  • Partner Portal Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Partner Portal, ensuring it is up-to-date, well-organized, and that partner resources are easily accessible.
  • Event Logistics: Support the logistics for internal and external events, including virtual and on-site webinars and conferences.
  • Webinar Production Assistance: Support the planning and execution of webinars, ensuring smooth production and follow-up.
  • Digital Marketing Management: Support the management in blog content, social media, and paid advertising campaigns to enhance the company’s digital presence.
  • Tradeshow Coordination: Support the management of tradeshow participation, maximizing opportunities and membership benefits.
  • Video Production Coordination: Support the coordination of the production of videos and infomercials, managing schedules, resources, and deliverables.

  • Design & Branding Knowledge: Familiarity with design systems, brand guidelines, and tools like Canva is highly desirable.
  • Collaborative & Adaptable: You thrive working with others and can quickly adjust to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with content management systems (CMS), project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), and event platforms.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or project management
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful online advertising campaigns.
  4. Experience with content management, digital marketing, and event logistics.
  5. Knowledge of LMS platforms, webinar production, and tradeshow coordination is a plus.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
  7. Familiarity with basic graphic design is preferred.
  8. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics and advertising analytics platforms.
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copies and articulate marketing strategies.
  10. Detail-oriented mindset with strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  11. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  12. Knowledge of the telecom/IT industry and understanding of its unique marketing challenges is highly desirable.
