Your Impact:

As a Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Creating captivating visual designs and content delivery, as directed.

- Foster collaboration across departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.

- Utilize data to segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and engagement levels to ensure personalized and targeted messaging.

- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, promotional offers, and product announcements.

- Deliver presentations to Senior Management and Franchise Partners

- Design and manage lead nurturing workflows that move potential customers through the sales funnel and convert leads into paying customers.

- Apply knowledge of web design and publishing for effective content creation.

- Liaise with Franchise Partners on Marketing initiatives and needs

Collaborate with sales, content, and design teams to ensure email campaigns align with broader marketing strategies and brand messaging.

- Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies that drive lead generation, enhance customer retention, and achieve conversion goals.

- Contribute to comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, PPC, and blogging efforts.

- Leverage expertise in lead scoring and customer journey mapping to enhance campaign performance.

- Oversee the execution of visual design and content delivery in accordance with established guidelines.

- Conduct thorough audience and buyer persona research to refine marketing efforts.

- Utilize data to segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and engagement levels for personalized messaging.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Actively support the development and execution of brand initiatives.

- Identify and target specific customer segments and demographics for tailored marketing efforts.

- Collaborate with sales, content, and design teams to ensure email campaigns align with broader marketing strategies and brand messaging.

- Design and manage lead nurturing workflows to effectively convert potential customers into paying customers.


What You Will Bring:

Well-qualified individuals will possess the following;

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in progressively advanced marketing roles

- Experience with compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and industry best practices to maintain high deliverability rates.

- Previous experience with UX/UI design

- Previous experience with franchise business models and/or multi-unit organizations.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign tracking, performance analysis, and reporting.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Expected Compensation

The expected compensation for this position is competitive, ranging from $80,000 to $85,000 per year along with additional benefits. The complete compensation package will be discussed in detail during the interview process and upon receiving an offer of employment.
