Impact
The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing team in executing campaigns by organizing assets, preparing reports, and maintaining clear communication across teams. They handle essential administrative tasks such as coordinating creative briefs, tracking campaign performance data, and managing documentation to keep campaigns on schedule and aligned with brand standards. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn more about campaign management and strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Campaign Coordination and Asset Preparation: Organize and assist in the collection of creative assets for campaigns, ensuring all materials meet brand guidelines and are delivered on time. Help create and distribute campaign briefs to internal teams and external partners, maintaining version control and accuracy across documents. Coordinate updates and revisions on campaign assets as directed by the Associate Marketing Manager.
  • Market Research and Data Compilation: Gather and compile data on campaign performance metrics from internal reports and external sources. Assist in organizing post-campaign analysis by creating summary reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and noting trends in consumer behavior and sales.
  • Campaign Communication Support: Serve as a liaison between the marketing team, sales teams, and agency partners to streamline communications and provide status updates. Ensure all internal stakeholders are updated with campaign progress, key dates, and any adjustments in strategy or timelines. Maintain clear documentation of all communications and decisions made during campaign execution.
  • Presentation and Reporting Assistance: Support the Marketing Manager by creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, and reports that summarize campaign information, results, and next steps. Organize visuals, data points, and key messages in ways that are clear and visually engaging for intended stakeholders.
  • Administrative and Operational Support: Track and organize invoices, budget adherence, and payments related to campaign activities and report any discrepancies. Maintain organized records of campaign-related documents and assets for easy access by the marketing team. Assist in scheduling meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items for the team.
  • Event and Brand Collateral Management: Coordinate the collection of brand signage, collateral, and event materials as needed for campaign-related events. Assist in the setup and logistics planning for events, ensuring all required materials are present and in order.

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Ideally, you have 1-2 years of marketing experience in a marketing support or coordination role, ideally within a fast-paced consumer goods company, or media agency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
  • You have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and verbal and written communication skills
  • You have a sense of urgency, and are driven to complete your work in a fast paced and dynamic environment as a team player
  • You have a winning attitude: you look out for your colleagues, bring a positive outlook to work each day, and take on challenges optimistically
  • You can multi-task, set priorities, and stay focused in a dynamic and changing environment
  • You can handle and interpret data, and make data-oriented decisions
  • Basic understanding of North American retail and media landscape
  • Willingness to learn and grow, particularly in relation to marketing analytics, creative development, and campaign strategy to support future career growth in the marketing team
  • You'll be excited to contribute to our office culture! (This is based in our El Segundo office)
