Duration: 7 months to start with 
Rate Range: Up to 43.27/hour in W2 (Depends On Experience)
Work Authorization: U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, and candidates with valid EADs. No H-1B, OPT, CPT, visa sponsorship, or visa-related

Must Have
  • Executive administrative support experience.
  • Hands-on experience with office operations, facilities, office services, or vendor coordination.
  • Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles at least 3 days per week.
  • Flexibility to support occasional evening and weekend events.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and discretion with sensitive information.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a senior executive’s changing calendar, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate meetings across time zones.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, prepare expense reports, and support leadership meetings and team events.
  • Coordinate with administrative teams, internal partners, senior leaders, and external contacts.
  • Support office operations, including vendors, supplies, catering, facilities requests, conference rooms, and meeting technology.
  • Help coordinate new-hire onboarding, visitor access, building coordination, and safety procedures.
  • Draft and proofread executive communications, presentations, status updates, and meeting notes.
Qualifications
  • Experience supporting executives and coordinating office or facilities operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-service approach when supporting employees, visitors, and partners.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in media, streaming, technology, or a direct-to-consumer organization.
  • Experience supporting senior executives in a growing or changing team.
  • Experience coordinating large meetings, executive events, or employee engagement activities.
