About Endless Commerce

Endless Commerce is an AI-powered CommerceOS that helps consumer brands manage the chaos of omnichannel operations. We serve brands scaling from $1M to $500M+ in revenue, providing real-time inventory visibility, EDI and purchase order automation, and supply chain intelligence across DTC, wholesale, marketplaces, and retail channels.

Our clients include brands like Food52, Great Jones, Heyday, Tin Can, Pattern Brands and more-- we're growing fast and our nimble team needs your help keeping up!

The Role

You'll work closely with our CEO & Founder and VP of Growth to execute a one-of-a-kind organic content strategy, creating educational, entertaining, and valuable content that positions Endless Commerce and our CEO as the go-to resource for consumer brand operators dealing with inventory nightmares, EDI headaches, and omnichannel complexity. This isn't about churning out generic blog posts—it's about creating smart, strategic content that gets shared, amplified, and actually helps our audience.

What You'll Own
  • Develop and execute a content calendar focused on our core pillars: EDI, purchase orders, inventory management, omnichannel operations, and scaling consumer brands

  • Create 2x the volume and 2x the quality of our current content output and help us expand beyond LinkedIn, YouTube and Substack and onto Twitter, Threads, and potentially IG/TikTok

  • Write and edit our team’s compelling copy for multiple formats: LinkedIn thought leadership posts, Substack newsletters, podcast show notes, webinar content, and educational resources

  • Develop content series like digital AMAs ("Problem Solving BFCM," "Your 3PL Nightmare," etc.) and educational webinars

  • Coordinate with Sam on podcast content strategy for "Commerce is Chaos" and ensure content aligns with her voice and vision

  • Work with our paid media team to identify high-performing organic content for paid amplification

Content You'll Create
  • Educational thought leadership on LinkedIn (the kind that gets saved and shared by founders and operators)

  • Webinar content and presentations on complex topics like EDI implementation, inventory optimization, and omnichannel strategy

  • Substack newsletters covering industry trends, founder resources, and operational best practices

  • Podcast show notes, promotional content, and spin-off assets from "Commerce is Chaos" episodes

  • Digital AMA content addressing real operational problems (BFCM prep, 3PL selection, etc.)

  • Case studies and customer success stories that showcase real results

  • Educational resources and guides that become go-to references for consumer brand operators

What Success Looks Like
  • Month 1: Audit existing content, develop comprehensive content calendar, establish voice/tone guidelines

  • Month 2-3: Consistent weekly publishing cadence with measurably higher engagement than previous content

  • Month 4+: Content is being regularly shared by industry leaders, driving inbound leads, and establishing Endless Commerce as a thought leader in the space

You're a Great Fit If
  • You have 4-8+ years of content or marketing experience,

  • You know what it's like to work in consumer, CPG and/or eCommerce

  • You understand the consumer brand/DTC/retail ecosystem and the operational challenges these companies face

  • You can write about technical topics (like EDI and ERPs) in a way that's accessible and even entertaining

  • You're equally comfortable writing long-form educational content and punchy social copy

  • You can work independently but also collaborate effectively with designers, social managers, and leadership

Logistics
  • Full-time, remote position

  • Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 base salary depending on experience

  • Generous vacation policy and paid time off

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) with company match

  • A collaborative culture that values growth and work-life balance

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
