Party Center Software (PCS), part of the Fullsteam organization, helps business owners, managers, and party hosts in the family entertainment center (FEC) and event industry to book more parties online. Our dynamic software and marketing services allow our customers to manage staff, upcoming events and orders, gather digital waivers, remarket via email, manage social media, and scale with our custom websites. We serve family entertainment centers and event venues across the globe in a multitude of industries. Examples include multi-attraction facilities, trampoline parks, bowling alleys, soft play centers, and more.

Job Summary:

Are you bursting with creative energy and ready to make your mark in the world of content and marketing? Party Center Software (PCS) is looking for a Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our team of fun-loving, driven professionals. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our brand voice, leading podcast and webinar production, running our internal social media, managing client email marketing campaigns, and helping us create standout content that grabs attention.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Podcast & Webinar Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute PCS’s podcast and webinar series. Responsibilities include guest outreach, scheduling, recording, editing, and distributing content across platforms, as well as managing related email and social media promotions.
  • Public Relations: Serve as our PR representative, promoting brand awareness and ensuring our presence is known in relevant industry circles. Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Social Media Coordination: Manage PCS’s internal social media content by creating graphics and short-form video (Reels, TikToks), writing captions, scheduling posts, and staying on top of trends. This role requires someone who is comfortable being on camera and confident recording video content that represents the brand.
  • Email Marketing Management: Lead PCS’s client-facing and internal email marketing including campaign planning, email design, scheduling, and performance reporting.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in making our marketing efforts captivating and effective. Contribute to executing campaigns, maintain timelines, and support day-to-day marketing operations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and be coached/mentored.
  • Experience in client-facing roles or customer service positions preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools and basic project management.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus (HubSpot/Salesforce/Canva/Wix)
  • Ability and willingness to travel to tradeshows and industry events. This includes capturing behind-the-scenes content, conducting on-site interviews, gathering video/photo assets, and helping promote the PCS brand in the field.
  • Experience in the Family Entertainment Center industry is a bonus!
