Job Description

The Marketing & Communications Program Manager reports and supports the Director, Medical Network Marketing & Communications by managing and executing integrated campaigns, communications, and program deliverables that advance physician recruitment and engagement, patient growth, and consistent brand experience across all channels. This role serves as the operational lead for day-to-day campaign coordination, content production, and performance tracking, working closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure work is delivered on time, on brand, and aligned to strategic priorities.  This position is highly execution-focused and plays a critical role in translating strategy into measurable results.

Job Description

  • Execute physician recruitment, engagement, and patient growth campaigns across digital, print, email, social,  web, and event channels.

  • Support promotion of recruitment events, network initiatives, clinic openings, and priority growth campaigns.

  • Manage integrated campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure successful execution.

  • Develop, coordinate, and distribute communications to physicians, APPs, staff, and patients, including newsletters, announcements, and targeted outreach.

  • Support onboarding new physicians and APPs by ensuring online profiles, bios, photography, and marketing assets are complete and accurate.

  • Maintain and update physician-facing and patient-facing content across microsites and digital platforms.

  • Coordinate creative development with internal teams and external agencies (design, video, photography, copywriting).

  • Manage production schedules, version control, and quality assurance for all marketing assets.

  • Ensure content and materials align with medical network brand standards and enterprise guidelines.

  • Manage routine content updates for websites, microsites, email platforms, and social media channels.

  • Support basic SEO, landing page optimization, and digital best practices in partnership with system teams.

  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand presentation across all channels and touchpoints.

  • Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and basic analytics.

  • Prepare summaries and insights to support optimization and reporting to leadership.

  • Maintain organized documentation of campaigns, results, and lessons learned.

  • Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for vendors and internal partners.

  • Facilitate coordination between Marketing, Physician Recruitment, Operations, IT, HR, and external agencies.

  • Support budget tracking and invoice processing as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field required (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, communications, project/program management, or campaign execution.

  • Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, social, web, print, events).

  • Experience in a healthcare environment such as a health system, ambulatory network, medical group, or similarly complex organization.

  • Experience supporting physician recruitment, provider-facing communications, or network engagement is strongly preferred.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, timelines, and approvals.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create clear messaging for diverse audiences.

  • Experience coordinating with vendors and creative resources; strong follow-through and attention to quality.

  • Working knowledge of digital tools including website/CMS updates, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.

  • Strong analytical capability with experience tracking campaign performance and engagement metrics.

  • Experience supporting physician recruitment or provider-facing communications.

  • Familiarity with SEO basics, landing page optimization, and digital performance concepts.

  • Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Salary Range:

$66.85 - $100.27 USD Hour
