As the Marketing Communications Manager at Gator Bio, you will play a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing communications that drive lead generation, strengthen our brand presence, and support our global commercial objectives. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams, you will help scale our marketing impact and contribute directly to revenue growth.

The Marketing Communications Manager will partner closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and measurable revenue growth. This role supports the Gator Bio portfolio by implementing data-driven campaign strategies that build brand awareness and maximize marketing’s contribution to revenue.

Working under the direction of the Senior Marketing Manager, this individual will translate strategic goals into targeted, multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, and social platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong executional skills with a focus on metrics-tracking performance, generating insights, and continuously improving campaign effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include campaign development and management, vendor coordination, content creation, and performance reporting. Success in this role will be measured by lead generation volume, conversion efficiency, and overall marketing-sourced revenue impact.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute downstream inbound and outbound marketing campaign strategies that align with Gator Bio’s overall business goals and target markets.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to create key communication strategies, including messaging, ICP targeting, digital and social media plans, and PR initiatives to elevate corporate and product brands.
  • Under the direction of the Senior Marketing Manager, execute digital strategy and manage the supporting infrastructure, including web properties, campaign automation, and social media execution to deliver a world-class customer experience.
  • Work cross-functionally with the sales team to identify marketing needs, develop tailored campaigns, and provide tools and assets that enable sales success.
  • Partner with the Senior Marketing Communications Specialist to plan and deliver branding and awareness campaigns that reinforce Gator Bio’s identity and positioning.
  • Collaborate with regional sales and marketing teams to understand global market needs and implement localized campaigns and initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Manage marketing resources and campaign budgets to achieve lead generation and revenue contribution targets each year.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for optimization; adjust tactics based on data-driven insights.
  • Measure, evaluate, and report marketing program effectiveness to leadership and key stakeholders to inform future investment and strategy decisions.
  • Partner with commercial teams to develop and execute event strategies for key internal and external events, ensuring consistent and impactful corporate and product messaging.
  • Support all aspects of the Gator Bio brand, including strategy, tactical execution, and messaging development, to strengthen market presence and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; OR equivalent work experience with results-oriented success; relevant certification a plus.
  • 5+ years of related work experience in demand generation, or integrated campaign management, Within the life sciences, biotechnology, or scientific instrumentation industry preferred, but not required.
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful marketing campaigns that generate leads and increase measurable revenue impact.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Demonstrated creativity in the execution of multi-channel communications and marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with graphic design or creative platforms using basic principles of design 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels—email, web, SEO, SEM, and social media—and how to integrate them into cohesive campaigns.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress or similar).
  • Familiarity with creative tools and platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) a plus.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills to measure marketing ROI and identify areas for optimization.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to execute and manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into compelling messages for scientific audiences.
  • Collaborative and proactive team player, comfortable working across global teams time zones, sometimes requiring early or late team meetings.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution.
  • This role will require long periods of standing, sitting, and walking.
  • This is a largely sedentary role; however, the need for some standing and walking will be required.
  • The employee will be required to use hands for computer work.
  • Must pass a health screening.
