The Global Campaigns Analyst is a critical position with a mission to support the end-to-end activation of our marquee programs and thought leadership campaigns. As a key orchestrator supporting our highest-profile initiatives, this role will help ensure the seamless integration and execution of campaign plans, creative assets, and strategic messaging across the enterprise. This role encompasses tracking, reporting, coordinating, and managing project timelines as part of the global campaigns team.

Additionally, the Global Campaigns Analyst will optimize operational efficiencies through project management tools and collaboration technology. Keenly aware of details and deadlines, this role will help manage project plans and track deliverables to ensure a steady drumbeat of activity that maximizes the impact of our signature research and campaigns.

A master of details and a lover of data, the global campaigns team will look for you to bring organizational strength and analytical rigor to our projects. As a professional, you should bring your detail-oriented, project management skills with a passion for organization and delivery excellence. You will support projects through the campaign life cycle, from conception to execution, helping to manage key stakeholder updates and tracking deliverables along the way.

As the Global Campaigns Analyst, you will work closely and collaboratively with the Global Campaign Strategy Lead and teams from across the enterprise to drive the successful execution of major marketing initiatives. You are part of the Marketing and Communications organization – a highly collaborative team of professionals who work closely with the business units and C-suite leaders to grow the company's reputation and execute strategies that align to company goals.
 

Responsibilities include:

  • Tracking deliverables and timelines against campaign activation playbooks
  • Gathering campaign performance metrics and creating ongoing reports to show campaign impact and ROI
  • Supporting the coordination of cross-functional team meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items
  • Helping draft and distribute regular updates and communications to stakeholders about campaign progress
  • Conducting research on competitive campaigns, industry trends, and best practices to provide actionable insights
  • Maintaining a central repository for campaign assets, strategic messaging documents, and research

Reporting and team:

  • Reports to: Senior Director, Global Campaigns Strategy
  • Team: Global Campaigns; Marketing & Communications

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or project management
  • Experience with marketing metrics, KPIs, and reporting
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Familiarity with marketing campaign strategies and best practices
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and timelines
  • Proficiency with project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite. The role will require frequent use of Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and other project management tools.
  • Self-starter who can professionally coordinate with internal clients and leaders
  • Strong attention to detail
