We are seeking a marketing expert who will lead the idea of compelling marketing strategies for our major clients and then execute the concepts, including advertising, banners, events, and more. The successful candidate for this position will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various product life cycle stages, including go-to-market, growth, and maintenance phases. Our Marketing Campaign Manager will be a creative thinker who can spearhead co-marketing campaigns, identify industry opportunities, and establish partnerships to promote our Brand Partners and platform effectively. This candidate should also be well-versed in DeFi and blockchain trends, allowing them to strategically position our products in the ever-evolving market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns for various product life cycle stages, including go-to-market, growth, and maintenance phases.
  • Utilise analytics to make data-driven marketing decisions and focus on high-impact strategies.
  • Spearhead co-marketing campaigns by identifying industry opportunities and establishing partnerships.
  • Stay updated on DeFi and blockchain trends to strategically position products.
  • Analyse campaign metrics to evaluate performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Work collaboratively across departments, fostering synergy with business development, product, and design teams.
  • Maintain the brand voice across multiple platforms, including social media, Discord, YouTube, and Medium.
  • Create and oversee digital content, such as animated videos, blog posts, and social media updates.
  • Collaborate with creators and design teams to produce visually appealing and informative content.
  • Utilise AI tools to maximise marketing output effectively.
  • Update websites and documentation to reflect current offerings and market demand.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in marketing campaign management, particularly in the blockchain or DeFi industry.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional project management and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in multichannel marketing, including social media, newsletters, and PR.
  • Expertise in optimising website traffic and conversion rates.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and their applications in marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
