About the Role

We're looking for an organized and motivated part-time intern to work for us through December 2026. This position will report to the Marketing Manager and may require occasional travel to brand events, retail activations, and content shoots. The role will be work 15-20 hours per week at $18.42 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Count, organize, and track product inventory, samples, testers, and marketing materials

  • Pack and ship customer, influencer, gifting, and marketing orders

  • Help assemble and pack holiday kits, gift sets, and seasonal initiatives

  • Prepare products for creator gifting, events, photoshoots, and marketing initiatives

  • Catalog, rename, and organize photos, videos, UGC, and other marketing assets

  • Support marketing projects across ecommerce, social, email, retail, and events

  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, product distribution, and logistics

  • Organize office supplies, packages, product, and marketing materials

  • Run occasional local errands and assist with shipments

  • Support general administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

  • Reliable and comfortable working independently

  • Strong communication and time-management skills

  • Proficient with Google Drive and Google Sheets

  • Interested in beauty, marketing, ecommerce, and/or social media

  • Comfortable with hands-on work and shifting priorities

  • Friendliness and willingness to learn

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Google Drive, including Google Sheets and Docs

  • Able to work in-office 1–2 days per week

  • Able to push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 lbs

  • Reliable transportation for occasional errands and events preferred
