Overview

The Marketing Automation Manager is a highly visible, strategic role within Marketing, serving as the technical engine behind all automated initiatives across PartsBase platforms. This role is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing campaigns that directly impact internal ROI and revenue growth. Acting as a key partner to content, sales, and platform teams, you will translate strategic goals into operational workflows that drive pipeline, engagement, and measurable results across PartsStore, Locator, PBXPO, PBMarketing, and PBIntegration.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Ownership

  • Serve as the primary administrator and technical owner of our marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).

  • Maintain system health, data integrity, user access, and Salesforce integration for seamless data flow across all platforms.

Workflow & Campaign Management

  • Design, build, and deploy automated campaigns and workflows across all PartsBase platforms, including lead nurturing, behavior-triggered sequences, re-engagement programs, and lead scoring models.

Demand Generation & Funnel Optimization

  • Partner with the Demand Generation Manager to convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities.

  • Continuously optimize the marketing and sales funnel through A/B testing and performance analysis.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop dashboards and reports tracking campaign ROI, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates across all platforms.

  • Provide actionable insights to drive internal ROI and inform marketing strategy.

Audience Segmentation & Personalization

  • Create advanced audience segments using CRM and behavioral data.

  • Implement personalization and dynamic content strategies for targeted experiences across all platforms.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing automation tools, trends, and best practices.

  • Collaborate with sales, platform, and content teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and provide sales enablement support.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on marketing automation experience, preferably in B2B environments.

  • Proven expertise with at least one major platform (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua).

  • Strong understanding of CRM integrations, lead scoring, attribution models, and data management; API experience is a plus.

  • Analytical mindset with a record of using data to optimize campaigns and drive measurable ROI.

  • Proactive problem-solver capable of designing scalable solutions to complex challenges.

  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
