Position Overview

We are seeking a HubSpot Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our HubSpot platform to enhance engagement with our audiences, streamline marketing efforts, and support our overall mission—both within Servant.io and across our client organizations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HubSpot’s tools and features, enabling them to create effective marketing automation strategies and CRM workflows that drive measurable impact.

The HubSpot Specialist will collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless engagement across all touchpoints, leveraging HubSpot’s full suite of tools to deliver results that elevate both Servant.io’s initiatives and those of our clients.


Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working with HubSpot in a marketing or CRM role.
  • Proficient in HubSpot software, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CRM, and reporting tools.
  • Experience in creating and managing email campaigns, landing pages, and workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and report on marketing performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with inbound marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong project management skills with a knack for meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a nonprofit or faith-based environment is a plus.
  • HubSpot Certification is a plus.
