Hello Heart is seeking a strategically minded and creatively driven Marketing Manager, Enterprise to support our Enterprise Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Enterprise Marketing, this role blends strong visual design skills—especially in Google Slides—with the ability to craft compelling, polished content tailored to sophisticated B2B audiences.

We’re looking for someone who not only thrives in both the left-brained world of precision and deadlines and the right-brained world of storytelling and visual creativity, but who also brings a proven track record of supporting enterprise sales and marketing functions. Strong organizational skills are key, as you'll manage a growing library of content and ensure assets stay accurate and aligned with strategic objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketer who can think critically, translate complex ideas into high-impact deliverables, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:

  • Design & storytelling: Create and elevate sales and marketing materials, including polished presentations, templates, and collateral that support Sales and Marketing efforts. You are equally comfortable designing a slide deck and writing a sharp, concise message.
  • Content development: Write and refine short-form B2B content (e.g., invites, ads, one-pagers) aligned with our brand voice. Translate complex stakeholder ideas into visually compelling, executive-ready deliverables.
  • Strategic collaboration: Partner with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Brand teams to ensure assets align with business priorities, meet needs, and reflect consistent messaging.
  • Asset management: Maintain a current, organized library of content in Google Drive and Highspot to ensure teams can easily access the latest materials.
  • Operational excellence: Prioritize requests, manage timelines, and adapt to feedback while ensuring timely, high-quality execution. Excel at balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Qualifications:
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, consulting, or related fields. Experience at a top consulting or professional services firm strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft compelling content for executive-level, B2B audiences.
  • Proficiency in Google Slides and familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
  • Strong project management skills; proficiency in Asana or other project management tools.
  • Familiarity with Highspot or similar content management platforms a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex concepts into clear, professional messaging.
  • Familiarity with employer health benefits or digital health is a bonus but not required.
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise B2B marketing or sales teams required.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000.00 to $133,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the annual salary and bonus only, and do not include equity or benefits.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
