Job Description

The Opportunity: 

As a CRM Marketing Associate within the Ecommerce & DTC organization, you will be responsible for planning, evaluating and overseeing the execution of consumer relationship management (CRM) strategy and tactics, primarily through email but also potentially other CRM channels such as SMS, web push and more. You will lead tests to support our Learning Agenda and continually surface opportunities to expand our knowledgebase. As a voice of the team, you will understand and confidently communicate best practices and team learnings to our partners. You must be data-driven and consumer-obsessed in how you approach your work.

You will work closely with the Senior CRM Manager to support Digital Merchandising, Creative, Global Brand and National Account teams to deliver campaigns that meet business objectives.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

  • Own and manage the CRM approach and business impact for your assigned categories / business unit.
  • Build and manage the CRM calendar, in collaboration with the Senior CRM Manager.
  • Contribute to creative briefs and partner with in house creative teams to develop assets and copy.
  • Align with the Senior CRM Manager to define and refine audience strategy for all campaigns.
  • Project manage all campaigns, from handoff / specifications through development, QA and execution
  • Build campaigns and flows in Klaviyo, ensuring work flows support the audience strategy, scheduling and other rules as defined in campaign briefs
  • Coordinate with Merchandising and cross functional partners to deliver effective link strategies that create BIC consumer experiences and drive business outcomes.
  • Identify testing opportunities, execute with guidance, and share learnings across the team.
  • Lead campaign QA, ensuring copy, creative, tagging, and links are accurate and error free.
  • Provide campaign reporting and actionable, data-driven insights to the team and cross functional partners.
  • Assist the Senior CRM Manager in analyzing campaign performance and identifying areas of opportunity for optimization.
  • Actively contribute to and help shape the CRM Learning Agenda, continually testing and innovating across campaigns.
  • Serve as a spokesperson for CRM best practices with internal and external partners, ensuring consistency and excellence across campaigns.
  • Establish strong, collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners.
  • Auditing and optimizing flows
  • Demonstrated initiative in identifying opportunities, testing, and driving new learnings.

Success Metrics / KPIs

  • Improvement in consumer engagement metrics (e.g., email open and click through rates).
  • Health of the consumer file, measured by growth, reactivation, and active rates.
  • Delivery of campaigns on time and without errors.
  • Positive cross functional feedback on collaboration, partnership, and reliability.
  • Quality and timeliness of creative briefs and campaign deliverables.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-3 years in hands-on email strategy and operations roles – Klaviyo experience a strong plus
  • 3+ years experience in a DTC ecommerce or multi-channel company
  • Experience in multi-brand retail a strong plus
  • Highly detail-oriented, with strong project management and time management skills
  • Data savviness and ability to drive insights from data
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and urgent timelines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including PowerPoint skills
  • Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
