THE TEAM
The mission of the Creative Management Department is to bring creative work to realization at the right time with the right resourcing. 

THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Creative Management team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for driving creative deliverables from concept to completion, in a seamless and efficient manner. As the Associate, Creative Project Manager, you will enable the creative teams to deliver their best work for the Aritzia App while monitoring project timelines, workloads, and workflows. THE ROLE
As the Associate, Creative Project Manager, Creative Management, you will:
•    Evaluate the creative workload and develop achievable working timelines for Aritzia App deliverables
•    Allocate Aritzia App work to the right creative talent
•    Manage Aritzia App workflows from concept to asset pass
•    Ensure Aritzia App creative deliverables are realized in a timely and efficient manner

THE QUALIFICATIONS 
The Associate, Creative Project Manager, Creative Management, has:
•    Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in project and creative management 
•    A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
•    The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
•    A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION 
The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
