Job Summary:

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for providing clerical support to the Marketing Reps and Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

● Send out renewal letters to current insureds every month.

● Obtain loss report info from current & past insurance companies for upcoming renewals and prospective clients.

● Assist the Marketing Reps in doing vehicle and driver schedules and ordering motor vehicle reports.

● Other clerical duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

● Must be organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Work effectively with others

● Have a positive, team-oriented attitude to work with a large variety of responsibilities.

Education/Experience:

● High school diploma or equivalent education.

● Computer skill including Word, Excel and Outlook.

● 1-2 commercial insurance industry preferred, but not required.

● Knowledge or Applied EPIC systems preferred, but not required.

Physical Demands

Examples:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
