The Marketing Coordinator supports marketing efforts focused on Spanish-speaking audiences through content translation, campaign coordination, and inventory management.
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and help expand our reach to Spanish-speaking audiences. This role involves content translation, campaign coordination, and general marketing support. A Spanish-speaking candidate is preferred to ensure accurate and culturally relevant translations.
Content & Translation:
- Translate and contextualize email copy, banners, ads, and landing pages (LPs) into Spanish.
- Ensure translations align with the brand voice and resonate with Spanish-speaking audiences.
- Write ad copy and submit for review.
- Co-write website page copy and review website copy/design for accuracy and consistency.
- Source images and videos for website pages.
Campaign & Event Coordination:
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Coordinate location and time for photoshoots to support marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with guests for webinars, ensuring smooth scheduling and logistics.
- Manage seasonal projects such as conferences, Best of BN, trend reports, and physical gifts.
- Coordinate shipping, handling, and logistics of marketing materials.
Operations & Inventory Management:
- Help manage marketing assets, reporting, and campaign tracking.
- Organize office storage and swag inventory to ensure efficiency.
- Procure swag and anniversary gifts for team members, partners, and promotional events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluency in Spanish (preferred)—both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (email platforms, social media, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
