We're hiring an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to support face-to-face campaigns that raise awareness and funding for leading nonprofit organizations across the Bay Area.

Our team works with 501(c)(3) nonprofits to amplify their impact through strategic event marketing and direct community outreach. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, entry-level professionals, or career changers to gain hands-on experience in a mission-driven role—no experience required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent nonprofit clients at live events and community outreach campaigns

  • Communicate key messages and engage with the public face-to-face

  • Build positive relationships with potential donors and community members

  • Set up and manage branded displays and promotional materials

  • Track engagement and assist with campaign performance reporting

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful campaign execution
