Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting marketing initiatives and sales efforts to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing strategies and sales processes and be capable of coordinating campaigns and business development activities effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales goals

  • Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities

  • Support sales efforts by managing lead generation and client outreach

  • Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities

  • Maintain and update customer databases and marketing reports

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related field

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed marketing decisions

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
