This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company’s Corporate Office locations in Beverly Hills, California.

Discovery Land Company is seeking a full-time, year-round Marketing & Analytics Manager to join the Marketing Department.

Job Summary:

The Marketing & Analytics Manager will support digital performance reporting and datastrategy across Discovery Land Company and its portfolio of private communities, while also supporting content generation and ongoing content updates across key digital channels. This role is responsible for building a centralized reporting structure for the company, with a strong emphasis on email marketing performance, while also driving insights across web, SEO, and social channels.

The ideal candidate is analytically rigorous with a strong marketing instinct — someone who understands how data translates into brand storytelling, member engagement, and real estate performance, and who can apply those insights to inform and refine content across platforms. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Analytics & Reporting Strategy

    • Build and maintain a centralized, company-wide digital reporting framework

    • Develop monthly and quarterly performance dashboards across email, web, SEO, and social

    • Standardize KPIs across clubs and corporate marketing

    • Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities

  • Email Marketing Performance (Primary Focus)

    • Own performance analysis of all club and corporate email campaigns

    • Evaluate open rates, CTR, engagement trends, segmentation effectiveness, and conversion behavior

    • Provide optimization recommendations on subject lines, content structure, send times, and audience targeting

    • Establish A/B testing frameworks and performance benchmarks

    • Partner closely with marketing managers and member services teams to improve engagement through data-backed insights

    • Monitor deliverability health, database trends, and audience growth

    • Support the creation, editing, and optimization of email content to align with brand standards and performance goals

  • Website & Google Analytics

    • Deep dive into GA4 to analyze user behavior, traffic sources, and conversion flows

    • Monitor real estate page performance and lead generation metrics

    • Identify UX friction points and opportunities

    • Provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement and conversion

    • Partner with web development teams on data-driven improvements

  • Social & Cross-Channel Analytics

    • Analyze organic social performance trends across club and corporate accounts

    • Track engagement, audience growth, and content performance

    • Connect social engagement metrics to website traffic and campaign performance

    • Identify content themes and formats driving the strongest performance

    • Support the creation, editing, and optimization of email content to align with brand standards and performance goals

  • Strategic Insight & Optimization

    • Translate cross-channel performance data into actionable marketing strategy

    • Identify growth levers across owned, earned, and organic channels

    • Provide performance-based guidance for campaign launches

    • Create test-and-learn frameworks across digital initiatives

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or performance

  • marketing

  • Strong hands-on experience with:

    • Google Analytics (GA4)

    • Email marketing platforms (Oracle Eloqua and CRM experience preferred)

    • SEO tools (SEMrush, etc.)

    • Reporting/dashboard tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

  • Demonstrated experience analyzing email marketing performance at scale

  • Experience supporting multi-location or multi-brand organizations preferred

  • Strong understanding of luxury branding and storytelling

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.

  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a shift greater than eight (8) hours in length.

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.

  • Flexibility and ability to pivot to new projects and desire to work in fast-paced environment.

Discovery Land Company's good faith estimate of the salary range it reasonably expects to pay for this position upon hire is $110,000-$140,000 plus bonus.
