The salary range for this role, based in Illinois is $101,920.00 to $127,400.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position. 

Job Summary:

As the Market Manager, Off-Premise, you’ll play a critical role in developing and executing customer-specific programs and delivering growth targets. You’ll plan, sell, and execute our Off-Premise strategy for the Independent channel, leading internal teams and distributor partners to achieve goals.

What you’ll do

  • Full ownership in delivering commercial targets in the Off-Premise Independent Channel

  • Manages sales priorities and programs to drive agenda for distributor team

  • Drives execution and results through both dedicated and non-dedicated Distributor Sales Team

  • Ensures execution of brand standards through rigorous communication and oversight of distributor partners

  • Partners with Field Marketing to oversee best in class execution of Local Sponsorships and Priority Programs

  • Manages relationships with key customers and is the face of Pernod Ricard in the Off Premise Channel

  • Frequently conducts analysis of market level data to assess performance and identify business growth opportunities

Required qualifications

  • 5-7 years of previous sales experience in a wine, spirits or consumer goods sales environment

  • Proven success managing distributor relationships

  • Experience calling on key accounts in the Off-Premise channel
