The MARA Tech Operations Intern supports project planning, process improvement, and research initiatives for the MARA Tech team.
SUMMARY:
The MARA Tech Operations Intern will be responsible for supporting our MARA Tech team in various tasks and projects aimed at improving efficiency and productivity. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technology operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist the Senior Director of Programs at MARA Tech with the management of the project planning, including but not limited to, updating the project Gantt charts, documentation, and communications.
- Assist the team with the project to implement the Netsuite for Manufacturing software suite.
- Map out various MARA Tech processes and work with stakeholders to improve those processes.
- Lead our post-mortem process and drive improvements as a result of the post-mortem sessions.
- Conduct research online (ie using Google Search/Gemini or ChatGPT) to gather information about potential partners, competitor's products, industry trends, etc.

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g. Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with the following is helpful but not required: Visio (or other process flow diagram application) or Microsoft Project (or similar software)
