Position Summary
As an Enterprise Architect Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the architecture strategy and delivery of large-scale, complex technology transformation programs. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and clients, guiding them through business and IT strategy alignment, architecture governance, and the adoption of emerging technologies to enable their business goals.
You will oversee the development of innovative, enterprise-level technology solutions that enhance clients’ business performance, reduce costs, and improve scalability. In this role, you are expected to manage teams, client relationships, and drive the overall architecture vision for multiple projects while ensuring alignment with clients’ long-term business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead the enterprise architecture function for major client engagements across industries, aligning business and IT strategies.
 - Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to clients on architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman), best practices, and emerging technologies.
 - Define and drive the enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring its scalability and alignment with the organization’s business goals and vision.
 - Guide the integration of cloud, digital, data, and security architectures into enterprise IT landscapes.
 - Cultivate and manage executive-level client relationships, including engagement with C-suite leaders.
 - Develop and present architecture strategies, roadmaps, and solutions that deliver business value and technical alignment.
 - Provide architecture governance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices, risk management, and compliance requirements.
 - Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutions, including application architecture, infrastructure design, and data integration.
 - Drive innovation by advising clients on the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, cloud computing, IoT, and blockchain.
 - Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools that meet clients’ business needs while fostering innovation and efficiency.
 - Ensure architectural designs are secure, scalable, and resilient, while also taking into account cost-effectiveness.
 - Lead and mentor a high-performing team of architects, consultants, and technical specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
 - Provide leadership in developing architecture competency within the team, enabling them to deliver quality solutions.
 - Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure smooth delivery of architecture projects.
 - Oversee multiple architecture projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution within time, budget, and scope.
 - Manage project risks and ensure the architecture aligns with both business requirements and IT capabilities.
 - Provide oversight during system development, implementation, and post-deployment to ensure solutions are sustainable and meet client expectations.
 - Actively participate in business development efforts, including leading architecture-related proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations.
 - Identify opportunities to deepen relationships with existing clients and expand service offerings to meet their evolving needs.
 - Lead go-to-market initiatives for enterprise architecture services, contributing to practice development and thought leadership.
 - Serve as a key influencer in the market through public speaking engagements, whitepapers, and publications on enterprise architecture and emerging technologies.
 - Participate in industry forums and networks to stay at the forefront of architectural trends and thought leadership.
 - Contribute to the development of innovative methodologies, frameworks, and tools for enterprise architecture services within the firm.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
 - 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, or IT consulting, with a focus on leading large, transformative engagements.
 - Proven experience working with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
 - Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), digital ecosystems, data architectures, and cybersecurity frameworks.
 - Excellent client-facing and leadership skills, with a strong track record of managing executive-level relationships.
 - Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale transformation initiatives.
 - Certifications in enterprise architecture or cloud platforms are a plus (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect).
